Wakaba Is a Character in TORO! Let's Party!. In the story mode, the player plays as him in the Golf Mini Game. He is a golfer who dreams of being in a world tourney. Wakaba can be nervous, but he does not hesitate when making decisions. He meets Toro after giving him amnesia by launching a golf ball at his head, and he assigns Toro as his caddie. Together, they win in a putter golf tourney, but one Toro regains his memory he forgets about Wakaba. Wakaba, accepting that Toro cannot be his caddie with his memory regained, solemnly tells him they never met. Wakaba also questions Toro on what makes a good caddie: he wanted to know what it was about his character thar made him so good as a caddie while he was suffering from amnesia. After Toro tells him that a caddie must understand the feelings of a golfer, they say goodbye, and Wakaba can be seen visually upset as he runs away.
