Racer is a character in Toro! Let's Party!. He is a race car driver, known for his multiple victories with his specially made vehicle. His vehicle was built by R. Suzuki, and his construction of Racer's racecar led to them becoming close friends. After an accident totals the vehicle, however, their relationship became strained until Toro helped them make up.

Racer is a cat who wears a driving suit, complete with helmet and goggles. The top half of the suit is orange with white ascents, and the bottom half is brown.
