Nora (ノラ) is a supporting character in Doko Demo Issyo: Toro and the Shooting Star, and one of the Pokepi original to this game.
A sentimental loner, Nora can be found playing her guitar by herself. In Toro! Let's Party!, there is mention of a Crescent-Scar Cat which may be alluding to her.

Nora is a tall black cat, notably lankier than any of the other cats within Doko Demo Issyo. She wears a red scarf and has a strand of grass held in her mouth. She frequently can be seen with her guitar as well. She has a crescent scar on her forehead.
