Detective Cat is a character in TORO! Let's Party!. He is a detective that works in the police force. He seems to be somewhat quick of judgement, as well as quick to issue arrests, particularly shown in how he mistakes Kuro as a theif. He offers his help in searching (and arresting) both the Crescent-Scar Cat and Kuro during Toro's search for them.
