Dear Television ( テレビさん, Television-San) is a sentient television set that lives in Toro and Kuro's apartment during the events of Mainichi Issho and Weekly Toro Station, and chronologically introduced late into Toro! Let's Party!.
The TV has an outlined image of a cat on it that emotes when expressing emotion. While the image of the cat is usually only seen from the torso up, it occasionally is displayed with a full body.
Dear Television is very nervous and self conscious, especially of its meager price tag of 980 yen, of which it is made fun of frequently by Toro and Kuro, given the nickname "980 Yen" (translated as "Ten Dollars" in Toro's Friend Network).
It often seems to express a "tsundere" personality, as in it will play coy and hide its true feelings behind dismissive remarks. A similar character known as Carnavi appears in some games as an autonomous, self driving, vehicle computer.
