Dear Television ( テレビさん, Television-San) is a sentient cat-in-a-television that lives in Toro and Kuro's apartment during the events of Mainichi Issho and Weekly Toro Station, and chronologically introduced late into Toro! Let's Party!.
They are represented by a white outlined image of a cat on the screen that emotes when expressing emotion. While they are usually only seen from the torso up, they are occasionally displayed with a full body, and it's even mentioned that they can step outside of the TV in episode 54 of Weekly Toro Station.
Dear Television is very nervous and self conscious, especially of its meager price tag of 980 yen, of which it is made fun of frequently by Kuro, being given the nickname "980 Yen" (translated as "10 Dollars" in Toro's Friend Network). They always get mad at Kuro for this, and they then drop a basin on Kuro's head.
They have a tsundere-esque personality, as in they will play coy and hide their true feelings behind dismissive remarks, as they really care for Toro and especially Kuro. They also love cosplay, and frequently dress up during episodes in Mainichi Issho and Weekly Toro Station.
A similar character known as Carnavi appears in some games as an autonomous, self driving, vehicle computer.
