The Crescent-Scar Cat (三日月キズのネコ) is an elusive character who never appears in person and is only mentioned. They are said to be able to grant wishes, and have incredible magic powers, and Toro hears of them and their rumored power on his quest to becoming human, and sets out to find them.
They play an instrumental role in Toro! Let's Party!. The Memory Diary is an item they had given to Kuro; it seems that they were who created it with their powers. The Crescent-Scar Cat also seems to have a quick temper, and can use their powers in anger. There is another character who is a cat with a crescent scar in the franchise, although it is unknown if they are the same character as the one in Toro! Let's Party.
