Caesar (シーザー) is a big, red Bulldog Pokepi, and he defends the area around Mt. Ura while looking for pieces of the shooting star, occasionally stealing items from the people there and storing them in his room in the mountain.
During the story of Doko Demo Issyo: Toro and The Shooting Star, he is an obstacle to Toro. He only appears in Shooting Star and the diary entries of the PSP remake of Doko Demo Issyo, however.
