The Bowling Alley Owner is a character in Toro! Let's Party!. He is the owner of Nekone Bowl, a bowling alley that has been owned by his family for three generations. The Bowling Alley Owner seemed to be content and accepting of the bowling alley almost being closed because of lack of customers, despite it's history. He let's Toro and Kuro play cone more game before he closes the bowling alley, but the attention brought to the alley by Toro's unusual costume has alowed him to keep the bowling alley open.
