Bogie (ボギー) is a small Hamster Pokepi, and he owns the Casablanca restaurant in Yumesa Town.
He has a rather downtrodden, nihilistic demeanor, as he feels that he has failed in his dream due to his restaurant currently failing.
Despite this, he is willing to give stern, helpful advice to Toro and the other people in town. However, he only appears in Doko Demo Issyo: Toro and The Shooting Star and the diary entries of the PSP remake of Doko Demo Issyo.
