The Angel Cat is a character in Toro! Let's Party!. She is an angel that serves in a heaven-like realm.
Angel Cat seems to be in charge of greeting passed souls to heaven, and uses a schedule to keep track of who is intended to arrive in a timely fashion. Toro meets her in a near-death experience, and she forces him to leave since his time of death has not arrived yet.
She seems to have the authority to deny individuals passing to the afterlife and sending them back to reality if their time of death came too early, as she did with Toro and offered to do with Kuro.

Angel Cat is a white cat with black spots. Because she is an angel, she also has wings and a halo hovering above her head.
